Mrs. Ortolan has over 18 years of engineering experience involving residential structural and civil engineering design. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidade Estadual Julio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP. She is a licensed professional engineer in the state of New York.
